1. What the Platform is

itirdim.az is an information platform for posting listings about lost and found items. The Platform is merely a tool that helps users get in touch with each other.

• is not the owner, seller, or custodian of the items shown in listings;
• is not a party to any agreement, hand-over, or transaction between users;
• does not guarantee that a lost item will be found or returned, nor the accuracy of the information in a listing.

2. User obligations

The user agrees that:

• the information they post is true, accurate, and up to date;
• they post only information that belongs to them or that they have the right to publish;
• they do not publish third parties’ personal data (phone, documents, photos, etc.) without their consent;
• they do not post fake, misleading, unlawful listings or listings that infringe others’ rights;
• they do not use the Platform for fraud, threats, or any other unlawful purpose.

The user bears full responsibility for the content they post.

3. A special note on found items

Under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a person who finds a lost item has certain duties (to inform the owner or the competent authorities, etc.) and rights (reimbursement of costs and, where applicable, a reward).

The Platform does not allow listings about unlawfully keeping or selling found items. Fulfilling the legal duties related to a found item is entirely the user’s responsibility.

4. Prohibited content

The following may not be posted on the Platform:

• fake or misleading listings;
• another person’s personal data without their consent;
• listings about unlawfully obtained items;
• offensive, defamatory, or legally prohibited content;
• spam and advertising (where not permitted).

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these rules and to block the account without prior notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Platform is not liable for relationships between users, their arrangements, or the consequences of those arrangements;
• the Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of listing content, nor the finding or return of items;
• the Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• the Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disputes between users are resolved between those parties; the Platform is not a party to such disputes.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform’s name, design, logo, and software are protected. The user is responsible for the content they post (text, images) and confirms that they have the right to publish it.

7. Account suspension

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or harm other users.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes are heard in the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms. The updated version takes effect once published on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
